For the past year I have been putting off a project. The steps of the shanty were rotting away.one of them was super springy and definitely made a squishing sound when you stepped on it!
I started by prying on the worst step and Oh Boy! It was a mess. The spongey stuff went all the way through and there were a couple of cracks all the way through as well.
I pulled all of the steps off and realized I didn’t have any nails for my pneumatic framing nailer. So off to Ace, where… No joy. They didn’t have any. So on to Lowes, where they did have them, but I really didn’t need 1000. I bought them, but I really didn’t need that many.
This is the framing nailer I have. It’s not the greatest quality, but it suits my needs.
